Description | The paper discusses the psychological models and theories that explain how people cope with this stressful event and how they adapt to it. Based on our experiences and studying this phenomenon in a country with a transformed economy, we also serve a critical appraisal of individual theories. The global economic impact of job loss is becoming a major social problem. Problems arising from involuntary loss of work for the individual and society deserve both theoretical attention and the attention of executives. |
