| Description | The paper analyses the amendment of Czech Environmental Impact Assessment Act (No. 39/2015 Coll.), which is effective from 1st April 2014. The amendment changes not only the environmental impact assessment procedure but also in the subsequent procedures (e.g. land-use and building permits). The amendment did not affect the assessment of the environmental strategies. It can be concluded that the amendment did not meet expectations. |
