| Description | The author reminds that the optimism from the beginning of the 21st century has been replaced by worries and uncertainty regarding the deepening existential conflict between the Culture and the Nature. The Philosophical concept of the Constitution of the Earth is an attempt to change the current predatory paradigm into a biofile paradigm. The Constitution appeals to scientists, lawyers, politicians and all the responsible citizens to acknowledge the denied rights and unconditioned values of the planet Earth. |
