| Description | The theme reflects the highly topical issues. The authors focused on the possibility of protecting the rights of people in public service who have a specific position in relation to the state as their “employer”. Therefore, the contribution focused on general issues of relations in the public service, especially in public service employment, in which dominates public element, and it is connected to the issue of (subjective) rights of individuals in these relationships. The contribution also deals with the analysis of case law, which refers to the most frequent cases where the judicial power was also used for protection of the rights. |
