| Description | Commentary introduces the complex legislation on the protection of industrial designs. Furhter contains the introductory part on the legal protection of design in the Czech Republic and the European Union, detailed interpretation of provisions of the Act no. 207/2000 Coll., addresses the question of the relationship of the Act on Protection of Industrial Designs to the Civil Code and the Administrative Procedure Code. The commentary is also supplemented by extensive case-law containing the decisions of Czech and European courts, as well as the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and Industrial Property Office. |
