| Description | Legality and especially legitimacy of international criminal tribunals’ existence and of prosecution in accordance with international criminal law is a difficult and complicated topic and both legality and legitimacy of international criminal tribunals have been already questioned in the past. Until now all such attempts have been overcome but in the future it is a matter of existence of ad hoc tribunals and permanent court to maintain and improve the practice of the tribunals and to confirm their legitimacy. |
