| Description | Mycosis fungoides is a primary cutaneous non-hodgkin T-cell lymphoma. The spectrum of a clinical picture is very broad, which is the main problem to set the right diagnose for a long period of time. Therapy of this desease is combined and is based on multidisciplinary cooperation. It is quite an indolent form of cutaneous lymphoma according to its extent and stage. In this case report is described a case of young man for a long period of time misdiagnosed and then succesfully treated by combined therapy. |
