| Description | That article addresses the issue of recourse "children" - people younger than fifteen years and irresponsible adolescents through means of criminal law, in particular taking account of Title III. No. 218/2003 Coll. on juvenile liability for unlawful acts and youth justice. Article defines the age of criminal liability with regard to the age of the offender, defines the responsibility of a child for an otherwise criminal act and taking into account the purpose of the criminal proceedings in this category of offenders trying to infer the possibility of criminally irresponsible way of punishment of children. |
