The publication discusses changes and development in both countries in the period of prosperity and delicate as well. The book is written by students of prof. Martin Kovar. The authors analyse important moments in Anglo-Saxen world as well as less known political, diplomatic, cultural and social phenomenons. The publication is divided into two parts, the first focuses on British history from the Tudor period through its Imperial age to a European Union country. The second part studies the United States development from colonial period until the end of the Cold War. |
