Description | The paper deals with economic aspects of law regulation of non-bank institutions in the Czech Republic. Non-bank institutions are divided in two groups in the Czech Republic – the first group is organized by the Czech Leasing and Finance Association and the second group called predatory lenders creates the shadow banking. Predatory lenders have a negative impact not only on individuals and their households, however on whole of economics. It will be present some unfair practices of predatory lenders and it will be analysed current law regulations in the Czech Republic and in the EU. The goal of this paper is to point out some possibilities lead to improvement. Description, analysis, comparison and synthesis are the methods used to prepare this paper.
