| Description | *Laboratory of Cryo-electron Microscopy Tomography at CEITEC MU comprises state-of-the-art electron microscopes including FEI Titan Krios equipped with Falcon II direct electron detector and provides services and expertise in the field of sample preparation for cryo-electron microscopy, data acquisition, and processing. EYEN SE is a software company which develops new systems and algorithms for nano- and micro-scale structural data analysis with focus on the computational analysis for pharmaceutical research and development. The purpose of the collaborative research is to provide optimized sample conditions, highest quality cryo-electron microscopy data and suggest effective means of the data processing.
