| Description | The article focuses on the Czech orthographical system of the Middle Czech Period (i.e. from the 16th to the 18th century), dealing with the orthographical system of book printing which was traditionally referred to as “Brethren orthography“ and recently as “printers’ orthography”. Attention is paid to the inventory of graphemes and to the rules of their distribution. |
