| Description | The paper addresses determining of the jurisdiction of courts in Czech Republic in relation to the criminal proceeding of juristic persons. The criminal jurisdiction is determined by principles evolved by the international criminal law which are used in relation to natural persons (in criminal jurisdiction) for many years. The main purpose of the paper is to comprehend modifications of these principles, which are given by the specific nature of juristic persons. The issue of criminal behaviour in the cyberspace is also the part of the paper because computer crimes could be also committed by juristic persons. In connection with this issue it is really important to focus on the territoriality principle and the issue of distant offences. |
