| Description | The article deals with the protection of the natural subjective rights of the child, especially with the right to know his or her origin in Czech legal order. The contribution is focused on problematic articles of Czech Act on the Family in the light of the case law of the International court of Human Rights and makes conclusion according to designed law. |
