| Description | Populations of small mammals living in the Czech Republic are major reservoirs of certain pathogenic zoonotic diseases. Climatic and environmental conditions can have significant influence on the prevalence of the pathogens in the rodent population. The aim of this research was to identify those environmental variables that have significant affect on the incidence of selected pathogens and use them to build predictive models of the occurrence of infectious agents in small mammal population. |
