| Description | The poster represents part of the research project "Visual geographical information and its role in geographical education" (GAČR GA16-01003S). Aim of the contribution is to define and operationalize the visual geographical information as a concept allowing for more understandable and responsive explanation of abstract geographical phenomena. Specifically, the inherent qualities of visual geographical information will be introduced in the contribution. The educational benefits of the concept, regarding didactical transformation of the educational content will be explained. Described are the examples of effective visual geographical information. |
