Description | The aim of the presentation was the discussion of partial results of a research project focussing on novice teachers at primary and lower-secondary schools. We explored how novice teachers’ perceived (1) their classes and pupils, (2) their colleagues, (3) the school and its climate, (4) the school management, (5) the community and parents, and (6) the social context and how their perception influenced their decision to either change schools or leave the teaching profession. |
