| Description | The chapter deals with the development and current state of the system of public administration in environment protection in the Czech Republic. Development is observed since 1968. The attention is paid to the system of public administration at central and regional level. The analysis contains also description of the structure of general and specialized public authorities (including the Institute of Public guards). Authors remind selected issues and predict future trends in the system of public administration. |
