| Description | The author of the present study deals with the life of Sergii Vilinskii in emigration in interwar Czechoslovakia in Brno. He analyses the enclave character of emigrants’ life, his attempts at contacts with the Czech environment and involuntary changes of the scholarly subjects and methodologies. |
