| Description | I presented in my contribution the results of my research concerning the sources (Erasto, Girolamo Parabosco, Giovanni Francesco Straparola, Agnolo Firenzuola, Giovanni Fiorentino, Masuccio Salernitano, Giovanni Guidiccioni, Francesco Maria Molza, Giovanni Brevio, Matteo Bandello, Cento novelle antiche) which inspired Francesco Sansovino during writing Cento novella compilation and I compared them with the results of studies dedicated to this subject earlier. Special attention I paid to differences which can be found in two copies published in the year 1562 and located in the Austria National Library. |
