| Description | This paper discusses the institute of the maintenance designed to create savings and the intended purpose of thus saved finances. The authors consider the pitfalls of the current legal regulation of the administration of thus saved finances. The paper presents the trust fund as a flexible tool suitable for an effective adminis - tration of the property. It demonstrates the advantages of the possibility of the use of the trust fund for the administration of the maintenance designed to create savings. |
