| Description | This article will be focused on liability for offences in area of public administration and penalties connected with them, with the emphasis on offences committed by officials in connection with their power. The penalties, which are connected with the particular offence and which are defined in the Criminal Code in penalty enumeration in section 52 are consequences of unlawful conduct of officials. The aim is to bring the readers closer to which offences are committed in the public administration, by officials and which kinds of penalties can be imposed to their offenders. |
