| Description | The presentation introduces selected outcomes of the research which examines manifestations of intercultural communicative competence development in the ninth grade of basic school. The research was conducted during the school year 2015/2016 and its aim was to develop intercultural communicative competence in a real life teaching-learning practice and to discover the way in which and extent to which developing intercultural communicative competence is manifested in writing. Projected curriculum was analysed and consequently partly modified within the research, two textbooks of English used at the particular school in order to teach and learn English on the A2 level of CEFR (2002) were analysed as well. Research findings are as well as a set of teaching-learning tasks designed in order to develop intercultural communicative competence considered to be research outcomes. |
