| Description | Cohesion Policy of the European Union is one of the most ambitious EU policies. As its aim is most often considered the economic and social convergence within the European Union. Its most general goal, however, can be considered deepening of EU integration. Practical implementation of cohesion policy on the level of the Czech Republic, however, does not always lead to this goal. One can even say that in some respects its effects are rather disintegrating. This paper focuses more closely on some of these disintegrating aspects of implementation of the cohesion policy in the Czech Republic. |
