| Description | The Institution is a new kind (type) of legal person in the Czech law and its applicability, as well as the precise contours of the legal framework are still looming. Attention is paid to the unique position of its founder and "fuzzy" boundaries of usability of legal regulation for foundation for the legal status of the Institute. |
