Description The aim of "Research Plan for the recombinant expression of protease in production of Escherichia coli using the technology of the synthetic gene" is to prepare two bacterial proteases as an Essentials component enzyme dentifrice for clearing the oral cavity and removing dental plaque oral biofilms. Target enzymes are trypsin-like serine protease and a cysteine protease characterized by the amino acid and nukleotide semence delivered by sequencing protocols. The produced enzymes due to their ability to prevent the formation of dentalplaque and removing biofilms, will be delivered into the enzyme toothpastes. To a container of toothpaste (75 ml) is added about 1 U (1 mg) of the enzyme, so that the starting formulation in 50% glycerol is demanded at a specific activity of about 5 U/mg.
