| Description | The article concerns about deciding of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic on recusal of judges for bias in the last three years. The article analyses number of motions for disqualification according to individual judges, rate of granted motions and different reasons of recusal (relation to the subject of the proceedings, relation to the parties or their advocates). Based on the analyses of decisions on recusal, article concludes what circumstances mostly lead to disqualification of the judges of the Constitutional Court and on the other hand what circumstances mostly do not establish doubts about their impartiality. |
