| Description | The text deals with the question why there is explicit provision in the NOZ prohibiting the derogatory clause, ie the prohibition of the will to change the will of the will by the testator himself. This is a reaction to the original ABGB text, which has already been by III. Novelization was canceled. However, with regard to the inspirational sources of NOZ, as a reminiscence, it has also been transposed into this law into § 1581. |
