| Description | This article deals with legal character of the medical certificate of the provider of labour medical services, which declares empoyee´s health capacity or incapacity to work. Article points, in particular, that the current non-binding connception of this act, which results in complete lack of empolyers legal certainty about validity of his legal acting, is unaccaptable. |
