| Description | The textbook is primarily intended for master students of Environmental Law I. The publication is focused on the general part of environmental law. It encompasses the basic environmental law principles and so called „horizontal measures“. The general part serves as a basis for legal studies related to individual environmental components, which are part of Environmental Law II. Thus both publications should represent interrelated coherent textbook. |
