| Description | The article explains the rules for the choice of the type of claim in the administrative judiciary in situations which are not clear for the participants. It analyzes in particular the less-known jurisprudence of the Supreme Administrative Court, which defines the differences between administrative decision and inaction, administrative decisions and unlawful interference, interference and possible future decisions and between interference and inaction. |
