Description | This text is a part of a complex commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure. It provides practical and theoretical findings on sec. 3-12 of the Code, points out and analyses current or potential problematical issues of the relevant matheria and brings together solutions to them offered by relevant contemporary case-law and articles of legal scholars as well as author's own where they miss. The relevant matheria encompasses the forms of cooperation with citizens' interest groups(sec. 3 and 6); cooperation between law enforcement authorities with each other and with natural persons and legal entities (sec. 7, 7a and 8); provision of information on criminal proceedings (sec. 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d); preliminary questions in the criminal proceedings (sec. 9 and 9a); excemptions from the competence of the law enforcement authorities (sec. 10); inadmissibility of the criminal proceedings (sec. 11 and 11a) and interpretative provisions (sec. 12). |
