| Description | This text is an arctile in the Encyklopedia of the Czech Legal History, which describes the development of Czechoslovak law of criminal procedure in the 1950s. In this period, two codes of criminal procedure were adopted - one in 1950, second in 1956. Besides the basic description of their regulation and basic principles they were built upon, the text also discusses the reasons for their adoption. |
