| Description | The presentation of the post-doc investigation aims to compare the syntactic aspect of the text of the Brazilian and Portuguese Penal Code. We presented the main objectives of the study, the applied methodology of functional syntax and the general results that showed all the convergent and divergent features of the varieties of Portuguese language. |
