Description | Case histories are focused on analysis of the dietary regimen of rawfoodists and the following evaluation if it comes to quality and quantity of nutrients taken from raw food. Inadequate intake of calcium, vitamine D and vitamine B12 was observed. Ideal or excessive intake of other macro- and micronutrients was evaluated under consideration of specific factors affecting the resorption in human digestive system. |
