| Description | The contribution points out the important role of reasons for the decision, which, as a regular part of the decision by imposing an administrative sanction, constitutes an essential element of its cogency and also has the task to be sufficient to support individual statements decisions, particularly in relation to addressees of the decision. The author also focuses on analysis of traditional and "modern" features of reasoning. The paper emphasized the importance and content of those features and aspects that are the basis for administrative sanctions. The author mentions also aspects associated with transparent decision-making on administrative sanctions and publication of decisions of administrative bodies. The paper is based on a critical analysis of legal doctrine, related legislation and case law. The intention of this paper is also to bring the author's own conclusions and evaluation of examined issues including the considerations de lege ferenda. |
