| Description | This conference proceedings present selected scholarly papers on the topic of financial criminality and its contemporary issues from legal and criminological perspective. The value of this publication is guaranteed by the fact that some of very distinguished figures of Czech and Slovak criminal theory and practice took part in it. Contributions of this proceedings are organized in an organic manner following a few selected focus points. Tax-related criminality, criminal liability of legal entities, property-related criminality, money laundering etc. can be found among these. These issues are tackled mostly on level of interstate criminal law (Czech and Slovak), but as European Union's legislation is an inalienable source of regulation for the problematics of financial criminality nowadays, it is analyzed from the EU law's point of view as well. |
