Description | Current approaches to social casework, that relate to the more European functional idea, may include postmodern approaches, which are being strongly promoted in the practice of social workers. I refer in particular to solution-oriented approaches (De Shazer, 2011), systemic (Úlehlá, 2005) and constructivist schools (Parton & O'Byrne, 2000). In the examples presented by us, we relied on a task-oriented approach, which is already well established in the Czech social work and so well known to many social workers. Špiláčková and Nedomová (2014) even think that this model is the most widespread in Czech social work. The goal of the publication is to answer the question: Which are criteria of quality social casework? |
