| Description | Matter of a partnership of the entities for the inter-university student network project (OP Education for Competitiveness CZ.1.07/2.4.00/31.0157). The aim of the thesis is to provide efficient tools that would help to improve conditions in the city center for citizens of Brno. The project provides a concept of ways how to revive the city center. As a result of present and planned urbanistic steps there are several possible threats of loosing more inhabitants which indicates longterm decline in leasing of sales area. |
