| Description | A leading figure of world Paleolithic research Henri Breuil on his study tour through Central Europe in 1923 visited the Moravian localities and studied the Paleolithic findings in the Moravian Museum in Brno. After his visit Karel Absolon and other researchers continued close cooperation with the French archaeologists. Breuil’s synthesis of the Central European Paleolithic was a key work on the subject throughout the interwar period.
