Description | The employees of St. James’s School, i.e. teachers, school masters, and their aides, as well as the organist and town bugler were the ones primarily connected with music activities in St. James’s church. Thanks to the consistent excerption of the sources stored in the Brno City Archive, i.e. council and beneficiary accounts, books of town correspondence and testament registers, a fairly colourful and differentiated structure of musicians connected with the temple of St. James was documented; this paper to describe the structure of the musicians as well. |
