| Description | Although from the fundamental change of socio-political situation in the former Czechoslovakia it has been 28 years since, the Czech Republic, unlike Slovakia, is still not a new civil code process. The first step is to him the factual intent of the civil law order he was the authors of this article have been finalized and the Ministry of Justice surrendered during this summer. His ambition is to create a modern and conceptually unified code governing civil proceedings. |
