| Description | This paper seeks to analyze the impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the investment protection of energy projects in Crimea. Special attention is given to the status of Crimean Peninsula for the purposes of application of bilateral or regional investment treaties. The paper reflects rising number of investment arbitrations initiated by Ukrainian investors against Russian Federation registered under the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague. |
