| Description | Assets Disposal is software supporting the complete process of removing assets records from MU economic system. The system allows authorized people to propose assets disposal (one proposal may include individual as well as multiple assets) provided the necessary reasons are stated. The proposal is then undergoing the process of approval defined by internal MU directive. The process includes department heads, economic unit heads, disposal committee, possibly MU bursar. During the process, various reviews may be required to support decision making, or the assets may be offered to other MU organizational units for book transfer. Upon successful approval, the assets records in the economic system are supplemented by information for accounting disposal. This being done, the assets are disposed physically, and the disposal protocol is stored in the economic system.
