| Description | The article reacts to the talk on International Scientific Conference Labour Law 2017 held in Třešť since 11th October to 13th October 2016, which dealt with Determination of the social security legislation applicable. The main attention is focused on determination of the legislation applicable as an expression of principle jurisdiction of one state. It also describes exceptions as posted employees and self-employment person. The basis will be an analysis coordinating regulations of social security systems. |
