| Description | The article focuses on the statelessness issue within the case law of Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic. The article deals with: statelessness, the status of stateless persons and partially also the UNHCR's involvement. Special attention has been paid to the specific legal issues in connection with statelessness: the right to asylum, the administrative expulsion/detention of stateless persons, the state of last residence of asylum seekers and also the status of stateless persons within the pension system. |
