| Description | The article deals with the consequences of the failure to comply with the duty to notify the breach of another duty to whoever may incur harm as a result of said breach. It reaches the conclusion that (contrary to the opinion expressed in recent literature) these consequences must include duty to recompense further damage arising out of the breach of the duty to notify. |
