Description | From the very beginning the question as such must be meaningful. A higher Czech emancipation activity started in 1848, two years before the birth of Thomas Masaryk. When he came in Prague, through his conception of "Czech problems" he was exposed to bullying. After 1918, he took into account the "selfhood" of Austria and the individuality of Czechoslovak minorities. A totally different "time mycelium" sprang up after 1945. This waiting for a miracle in the Czech politics after 1895 is similar to its way in 2015; including the doubtful "Czech statehood". More strikingly today; as if we had no questions as such. |
