Description Objective: The paper focuses on a group of seniors with Alzheimer's disease with a diagnosed light type and the development of their fine motor skills. Methods: To develop fine motor skills as well as cognitive functions, we have used individual elements of ergotherapy, focusing on training fine / minor grip, skill and manipulation of a particular subject. As a complement to therapy, we used a tablet that supported fine motoring by activating the client 137 on a bed. To compare the success of the intervention, we used the standardized Purdue Pegboard test, which was deliberately selected for the probands before the intervention and afterwards. Subsequently, the results of the input and output testing were compared to each other. Results: After the end of the intervention, final testing was performed, which showed that there was a point improvement in the area of fine motoring roubleshooting. Conclusion: In the case of regular stimulation of both cognitive and motor functions, the condition of people with dementia can be slightly improved to improve their quality of life. An important recommendation is regular activation with the variability of intervention procedures. Keywords: Alzheimer's disease. Occupational therapy. Fine motor skills. Rehabilitation
