| Description | The text focuses on Peter Gábor's directorial work in Ostrava's theaters, especially in the Moravian-Silesian National Theater, which he lead from 2012 till 2017 as a main director, and at the Aréna Chamber Theater, where he has directed three times. When recapitalizing the most influential director's productions, we try to observe the main areas of his interest, typical production techniques, or other prominent and regular elements, in order to name some of the general features of his directorial manuscript. Our conclusions are consulted with Peter Gábor himself who was interviewed by this occasion. |
